Drouin did some good, some not so good.

Still a lot of shots from the perimeter
Our defensive coverage is hit or miss
We carried most of the 2nd, Carey made a couple scramble saves
Even though we didn't score on the PP our zone entry and sustained pressure seem much improved.

As they say, the next goal will be huge.

Drouin is really nervous with the puck, rushing plays, etc...Feels like the pressure of a Quebecer playing for the Habs is starting to show its head. Say what you will about Tender, this was never a problem with him. He thrived on it.

This game is the type of hockey I expect from the Habs this season. They'll work hard most nights but they lack the skill to finish and score goals. The Habs need another couple of top 3 picks to get some elite skill in the organization.

What do you mean by thrived? He was never the one driving the play and never had a 30 points season for us.
