I took a nap so I can stay awake for this one and I can't wait. I can't stand the Canucks and always enjoy our games against them.

Nope. We're not.

Our sphincters are as tightly clenched as yours.

There is no overstating how huge this game is for both teams.

With all due respect, I think you are indeed overstating the game's importance.

Just a wee bit, there. :)

Brown has a tendency to show up against Van. Looking forward to see some vintage (sadly) plays from him.

The Canucks are practically a lock for the 2015 NHL Playoffs at this point of the 2015 NHL regular season anyway.

If and man is that a big IF the Kings win all 3 vs the Canucks. And then San Jose manages to win all their games on those nights as well they are locked in a battle with San Jose then. So no they are far from safe. It's only 6 points between 2-5th in the division. And the scarier number only 3 points between 2 and out of the playoffs at the moment. Unless you're the Ducks there is no safe in the Pac. Heck even Arizona is trying to take the cellar from Edmonton.

LA is just too good of a team not to make the playoffs.

I think putting your team in this position late in the season has really helped in the past. You guys come into the first series already accustomed and ready for hard-fought playoff games, because you've already been playing that way for the last 10+ games.

If the ducks play you in the first round they are in for a rude awakening.

Having said all the nice stuff, I gotta admit I'm hoping you guys get unlucky this year and miss the playoffs. Your team is the only one I would give a higher than 50% chance of beating the Nucks in a series. 2 cups in the last few years is enough, stop being so greedy!

Not a must win game yet.

Getting close though, a loss would really hurt, but not sink the Kings. Still too many games left VS the Pacific. Kings need a win tonight though to keep this playoff push strong.

Ditto. Ducks are coasting in (as usual) and the Kings are charging.

So sick of hearing must win. A Game 7 is a must win.

Oh brother. So if the Kings don't win a must win what happens? Is the season over? Does the universe crack? Pls respond.

what's up with all these humble canucks fans of late?

what happened to all the arrogance?

i'm not liking this...

So sick of hearing must win. A Game 7 is a must win.

the thing is...it's possible and realistic to win 1 game 7....

however..let's pick a random team...Columbus...technically they can still make it...however they need to win all of their games

so every game from now is a must win right? that's just Pejorative Slured
....a must win during the season is any game that is needed for a team to gain some ground to come back within a range of expected feasibility

so you want people to say "must win" with let's say there's 8 games left in the season and LA is around 12pts out...and if LA wins them all they qualify...therefore every game is a must win?

i just don't see your logic there ... certain games are a must win they just are...that 8 game win streak was a must...or else we would be way too far out of a playoff picture to even hope of qualifying

i can really go on about this... if we lose tonight, and winnipeg and calgary win their next 2 games...i'm sorry..but our next game IS A MUST WIN
