Kings been on a roll, let's keep it going. Seeing Roy have a temper tantrum is such fun.

Patrick Roy is probably the most calm coach there is in the NHL. He's been upset a couple times. But, the veterans on the Avalanche have pointed out how patient he has been with the young players.

I did really want to see him take on Bruce Boudreau.... anything to put a beat down on the Ducks....

I mean how long can the streak continue with Muzzin passing to the other team for a scoring chance regularly once a game... Lewis on the first line.... Mc Hammer twins as the 3rd pairing.... or Greene on the second pairing.... Dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria...

He maybe calmer than most anticipated but most coaches are. He has flipped at the refs a few times.

Don't get me wrong. I really like the guy. I remember when he was a goalie, before games he'd skate out to the crease and talk to the cross-bar and then during games he'd nod his head and have a conversation with who knows. He played the puck well outside of the crease too. So, nothing you can tell me about Paddy that I'm not already aware of.

That he has. I was watching the game the night that he had been left out to dry, skated over to the bench and informed the coach that it was the last game he'd played for the Habs. Loooong time ago but he does have a short fuse at times.

I find it kinda funny that the Kings Avs rivalry is pretty much entirely based on Frozen Fury. In fact, I'd actually like to know more about how Frozen Fury even got going.

The first official "Frozen Fury" game took place in '97, and I vividly remember listening to the game with Nick Nickson being very impressed by Donald MacLean, who made the Kings' opening night lineup (but wouldn't last very long, same as Olli Jokinen who also had an impressive pre-season).

I think their back-to-back 7-game series in 2001 and 2002 did more to build up a small rivalry for a short period of time.

Yeah, and the Blake trade, of course.

While I wouldn't trade the current era of Kings' hockey for any other, I do kinda' miss the early-2000's in a few ways (one of them being, the Kings were great against the Avs back then in the regular season...of course, just couldn't get over the hump in those game 7s in Denver)...

I've been waiting for this game since noon, feels like the playoffs because of its significance. There is a lot at stake. Play like only we can when it matters.Don't let me down, boys.

Go Kings Go!!!
