There are two players on the roster who fit that description, and one of them is the captain. Ugh.

Brown made the points that yr by staying in L.A. working with other young players so, DL rewarded him with the C but, that's worn itself out now, along with some others who've been on the team just a mite too long

It's fans of teams the Kings embarrassed in the playoffs. Not everyone can have the success that LA and Chicago have had.

The Kings desperately need a player like Gaudreau, someone who is just instant offense.

Nothing wrong with having a 5'9 player or two on the roster.

We have guys like that. Carter, Toffoli, Kopitar. These are guys who typically create something every shift.

The difference is that they're skating like they don't have anything to play for or prove, whereas Gadreau is possessed.

Again, it's really the story of old lion vs young lion out there.

Not saying that Calgary still wouldn't be winning right now, but they DID score both there goals when we should have been on the powerplay. I know our PP is bad but we usually don't give up shortys.
