Sekera will figure it out once he gets some games going, but he's been in some good positions to intercept Ducks passes. I think it's just knowing his assignments and partners better.

In Sekera's defense, he's only got an optional morning skate with these guys. I'm sure he'll figure it out very soon.

To be fair to Sekera, being a rental isn't necessarily easy, even though it can look good on paper. He's being asked to play the "right" off side with a guy he did not have much chemistry with in Buffalo, a new defense only matters system, a pressure situation now, playoff implications, etc. hell, the most famous rental in the history of the NHL had these problems. Kings fans should remember? No chemistry with Hull, pressure to win, etc. it's not automatic that any of this will work!! Just saying!! Although the great one still scored 35 points in 31 games! Ha!
