first slump they have - they will get reminded they still need to work on a lot etc - then a new contract will be offered on good terms for the cap. The other good thing is , hopefully they love the environment and realise that a move is likely very bad for their overall career. Being young the stability of staying in LA and with team mates and coaching staff you are used too etc - sign for 5 years and then when you are an experienced pro etc you can think about changes etc - Hopefully the vets of our team will tell them that being on a cup contender/winner is something they will appreciate so much at the end of their career
