Keep it up, gentlemen. This team is looking pretty good right now. Quick has a higher save percentage than Anaheim's golden boy, Andersen. Man, can you imagine his stats without that San Jose game?

I'm really sad... I dont see anyone on CBJ that we really want to trade for at this years trade deadline.

I guess Johansen would be the best option, just not sure where he fits unless we're sending them Stoll and a 7th back this time...

And no, DL is not bringing Cracknell back.

Hartnell is the obvious choice. Fits the played for Philly before LA mold.

Kings could do appreciation night for Columbus... :naughty:

Legends Night, lmao. "The Kings now wish to pay tribute to the Coooooluuuuumbus Bluuuuuuuuuue Jackets organization and their dedication to the success of the Los Angeles Kiiiiiiiings. The Los Angeles Kings would like to pay their respect by giving Jarmo a $50 McDonalds gift card. We're lovin' it!"

I especially like the score updates in the title. Thought that was really neat.

I was wondering if anyone was catching that!

Seriously, not sure I can do that when I go to the game. I guess if I can bring my iPad, I can. Need to use the web version of the board, not the mobile version that the iPhone defaults to.

I won't be attending the Columbus game either, so I will be able to easily provide score updates as they occur. :)

Jack Johnson and Marko Dano [27th pick in 2013] for Jeff Carter and Tanner Pearson [30th pick in 2012]. The trade that keeps on giving.

As much as I've never been a Hartnell fan, not with the Preds and esp with the Flyers, he is off to a great start, 9 pts so far, 2nd on the team in scoring.

And having watched them play, this won't be an easy game for the Kings, esp since Sutter has 3 weak lines.

When Gabby went down, he should have put Brown back up there for a Williams Brown Kopi line, a line that played for years together and had success because it is balance of good IQ, puck sense, positioning and scoring mentality. And chemistry, the kind that comes with all the time together. You'd thnk that would occur to Sutter but they have yet to skate a shift together. King isn't and never will be top 6 player, not matter what unholy light Sutter sees him in.

Richards had played solid all year so far and should be on the 3rd line, where at least he'd be in a position to produce for the team, that will never happen on the 4th line for the same reason it didn't last year. The more shifts with bottom tiered non scoring wingers, the percertage of scoring chances drops significantly. For this year, thru the games so far, he's been the better player over Stoll but like King and Lewis, Stoll is a Sutter favorite and he doesn't seem to be impartial there. I'd rather have Richards on LW with SToll and Williams , which would increase that lines scoring chances,. When Lewis and Gabby get back ,t he lines will revert back to where they should be, but until then Sutter is creating a large percentage of the ES Scoring drought.

I want King-Richards-Brown or King-Richards-Williams again. I want somebody to finish on all the pucks Richards has been flinging through the crease area. Its getting frustrating watching what plays he makes go to waste.

@Rich_Hammond: Marian Gaborik is coming on the ice to skate for the first time since injury. Cc: @theroyalhalf
