Knights win 8-4 over a very good (but Bertucci-less) Colts team...could have been double digits with all the scoring chances they had. Peppered Barrie goalie with 54 shots on their home ice.

Good news...the Knights don't seem bothered by the Cam Allen situation. They played a great game; skated hard, came at Barrie in waves, showcased their skill, piled on the scoring.
What more can you ask?
How about some rookie scoring? OK....
Hawery with a pair of goals, that's 7 in 24 games while playing 4th line minutes. Halttunen is returning to form.
Barrie just doesn't have the playbook on the Knights. Their PK couldn't neutralize our chances on the PP.
Boulton laughing at Aitcheson as he takes repeated punches to the face; 'hit me again, again, yeah, that's it, again'.
No issues at all with the D...solid top to bottom.
Eliasson has discipline issues, I would say!
Keep playing like that, and the wins will pile up.

Yeah was really expecting a much better Barrie defense They seem to have a high powered offence but we were just skating circles around there defense and how many shots did they give up 47 ?? 1st in the east doesn’t seem to scary I think Oshawa might be the better team in the east

As someone who worked as a paramedic and funeral director for 50 years I've seen what drunk driving does up close and personal. Some of these people are are reoffenders because they are let off too easy. Maybe not sweeping it under rug but the oh well attitude. Maybe if some of these people on here think he should get off lightly should live in my memories for awhile . Makes my blood boil

I've lived the effects up close and personal, so have many unfortunately.

No one said "Oh well"

Who said the player should get off lightly?

Watched the gamend admittedly a little distracted tonight, but seemed like the staff limited a few players from their regular rotation?. ( Cowan obviously the big one )

Really looks like Hawery spending time in Jr B has given him a lot of confidence. He was really noticeable and effective in the game. Hopefully his Jr B team is finished early and the Knights have access to him in the playoffs. Him on the 4th line could be the difference in close games.

Denver Barkey 16 yr old Rookie Season 53 games 7 goals 15 points

Easton Cowan 16yr old Rookie Season 7 games 1 goal 2 points

Logan Hawery 16 yr old Rookie Season 24 games 7 goals 9 points

The kid will be good!

Next year Van Gorp-O’Reilly-Hawery could be a nice top line

Now we can really see what Mark and company see in Logan Hawery . Glad they didn’t toss him in on a trade. Those bashing Sun earlier can comfortably enjoy their Crow with whatever their chose of condiments.
“Toss him in on a trade”? Sounds like it’s you who didn’t value Hawery. Hes a huge trade chip that for the right player I would have been ok with. Never a doubt that he is going to be a good player. Good to see him taking advantage of his opportunity.

Seems like Saginaw is surging now. Do you guys think they are better than Kitchener or Windsor? Say they are the 4th seed they might be a tough out in the playoffs!

I think they can run up the score any given night but the amount of goals they allow is too much.

If they start allowing a lot fewer goals they could be a contender.

I just think the skill of ZP and Misa is just wild, but as you said defensively that’s the big question mark.

Igor Chernyshov scares me. 6'3" 225 and 18 points in 6 games.....and he's still adjusting to the NA game and Saginaw's system!

Saginaw brought in a ringer, Russian kid, #25 from SJ Sharks organization...played in KHL. He's absolutely lighting it up in the O. If you guys don't know who I'm talking about you will. He led Saginaw to wins against Windsor and Kitchener.
