Agree, both the CHL and NHL levels. For awhile, the leagues had gotten away from ignoring the obstruction and interference but it has crept into the game in the past few years. I want to see fast, skilled players playing rough and tough but without the slower players holding, hooking etc. The game is great when played tough at a high speed. Not sure why this has devolved in this mannerWay too much obstruction/interference allowed in hockey today to try and give less skilled teams a chance. Awful games like tonight are the result. League’s forget that their sport is entrainment and in this era many hockey games are not. Kudos to Peterborough for taking advantage but games like this are painful to watch.
