Interesting is that Calgary, Edmonton and even Ottawa support their Jr. teams well. Why can’t that be the case in the GTA?

Ottawa is not supported well and in fact is one of the worst supported teams in the OHL and has been for years

Toronto has the Leafs, Raptors, Blue Jays, Argonauts, TFC, Rock, Marlies. Also big city lots of entertainment- not a good market because there’s lots of stuff to do rather than watch 16-20 year olds play hockey

Also the Hitmen, Oil Kings are some of the most prestigious franchises in the WHL. Long history.

When Toronto was in the league, the first 3 years they absolutely stunk and fans didn’t want to put money into it for a last place team. From 1999/2000-2000/2001 in 1 year their attendance dropped almost 1200 despite nearly doubling their points from the previous year. And the year after that year 5 of the program they had 89 points and 40 wins. Attendance dropped another 300. Should be the opposite if anything. Real weird.

My mistake I thought they had good attendance? I guess I thought that cause I know they have a large capacity arena.

Another thing that has been noticeable for a few years now is how much people prefer their phones in hand over going face to face socializing or attending sporting events. To disengage fans from their technology equipment and attend public events, it is imperative that the product teams present, is a product that is worthy of fan displacement.

As much as Daniel Brière was a great hockey player and now a well respected GM in the NHL. How Canadian Hockey decides to use their players on the ice, is up to Team Canada Management and their Coaching staffs. Imagine 32 GMs wanting a say, if Brière want a say in the Team Canada, have him place his name in the Team Canada's program, then he can have his say. IMHO

It wasn't wrong to blast Hockey Canada. Player utilization was horrible, not just the two Flyers prospects. Coaching/management is the reason that team didn't even play for a medal.

Dickinson has been brutal for turnovers this season. Needs to improve his decision making.

Tough loss. Defence had a lot of trouble with breakout passes tonight. Powerplay was not good.

It doesn't matter, whether Team Canada miss utilized their players, of which I do agree as well. His criticism was for his own concern of his players, and not for all Team Canada players. He wasn't speaking for Team Canada, he was speaking for only his players

Kitchener 5-2 over London

London, from start to finish was never in this one, the Rangers out hustle, out worked, out played and out skated the Knights, It felt as if they had weights on their legs

I knows this means nothing but the Rags announcers post game saying Sim got his shiner from his fight with Mercer. I think they are watching a different game...the guy did not land one punch. He was sporting that thing at puck drop.

Part of the issue tonight. The guys who are on #1PP didn’t come to play so therefore use BMO, Brz,Peanut,Allen,Sim or Nicholl to get things going. I just think the whole team didn’t take this game seriously enough. Kitchener came to play and they deserved the W. I hope the Knights take some good lessons from this one. Knights aren’t often outcoached or outworked and they were tonight.

Not Dickinson, the whole team played horrible in this game, better put it behind fast and move on to the next one

We do need to be #1 overall. This game and these points were very important.

Sim is so useful. 18 goals and does some impactful thing every game.
