Gee, I wonder where he got that from...

I like his twitter. He has stats from all over the CHL not just from the OHL but if he did get it from you or not, it shouldn’t matter, he’s helping bring awareness to the OHL.

Everybody wants credit for every little thing these days….. If you got paid to put those stats together then I say for sure you can get credit for that, but if you did it for fun and your own interest, then it is what it is..

Got it, did it in my free time.. so I don't deserve credit. I'll stop posting them then

Wonder who picked the Canada goal song, hmmm 🤔.
They interviewed Yager in the pregame and he said he didn’t know what Sammy had picked, leads me to believe Dickinson is the one who picked the song!

Didn't they say during intermission it was used by another TC entry in a younger age group, last year?
Leads me to believe kids on that team pushed for it.
Is Sammy a staffer? And not for q second do I believe Yager doesn't know what the song would be during that interview. It's a yearly topic n game played by all

Yeah, they did mention another Canada team used it. I just knew as soon as I heard it, the knights use it in the locker so I was connecting some dots, could be right or wrong though lol. And yeah, I also didn’t believe Yager, when he said he didn’t know. I was just more referring to the Sammy comment.

Did anybody notice who was passing the puck to Lucheco on the back door pass clinic between periods Hmm wonder if they know something we don’t yet
I just knew I was going to come here and see this.
I doubt we see it and would almost guarantee a part two doesn't include Hawery.
The only way I see it is if it is the Sale/Savard Kitchener situation and I'm not sure GB is that desperate. There will be someone else who pays up for Luchenko and rightfully so just like the Knights paid up for Cam Allen...

- Side note: anyone have a mid year Knights prospects update?????
player stats.PNG

Here are the stats of their prospects from the last 2 drafts. I haven't had much time to watch the prospects as I have in years past but its another strong group coming up. Ill touch on a couple notable players below that have a chance to make the team next year.

Brendan Gerber - 2007 F
Leads the team in scoring, 10th in GOJHL in PPG,

Cohen Bidgood - 2007 F
Struggling to put up number since being returned to the GOJHL but playing a strong pest role, drawing lots of penalties and taking a lot

Reid Gammage - 2007 F
Undersized forward, leads the team in scoring, haven't seen much of him but leading the team in points and goals as a 17 y.o. is a good sign. might have an outside chance

Caleb Mitchell - 2008 LD
Don't need to say much here, should be top 4 to start next season.

Max Mews - 2008 F
From what I can tell he has been injured twice this year, not sure if they are the same injury. Missed most of last year with an injury. Just hoping he can come back healthy after Christmas.

Jaxon Cover - 2008 F
Playing for St. Andrews this year which is a team of 16 & 17 y.o. players. Leads the 16 y.o.'s in scoring for their team. He is 6'2 and from what I remember has only been playing ice hockey for a handful of years. Incredible offensive talent, haven't seen enough of his whole game but will likely wow people next season.

Jacob Monks - 2008 F
Playing for a loaded Little Cesears team this year. top 3 or 4 I believe in scoring, again cant find much on him but he would have a good chance to make it if he shows up.

Jackson Taylor - 2008 RD
Big kid, right shot D, started the season in Czechia for a u17 team but looks to have just come back to Ontario. Intriguing situation.

Eddie Hickson - 2008 F
Slightly undersized but 4th on the Nationals in scoring, would assume he has a good chance at next years team. In his draft year he had 48 pts in 30 games, next closest kid on the team had 30 in 30. Appears to be a nice depth pick.

Seth Ronan - 2008 G
Let me start by saying I know nothing about goalies, but really really good numbers in Jr.C. He is playing on a loaded team that is 26-0. outscoring opponents 205-44. But he is their number 1 guy. The backup goalie has a 2.21 GAA with a .984 SV%. He should earn a long look at camp next year.

Anthony Maroon - 2008 F
PPG player on another loaded American AAA team, hard to judge off of numbers but because of his dad you would assume he has a spot next year if he wants it.

William Janicek - 2008 LD
don't know much about him but he was invited to the GOJHL top prospects game, takes a lot of penalties and does not produce much offence, sounds like a London Knight.

Hopefully in the new year I will have some time to watch these players, but at the moment those are the guys that stand out to me.

It's nice to have Easton Cowan on 'my' team for a change .

That goal he scored vs Finland was a laser beam .
He's so dominant with the puck .

I bet Carter is having a lot of fun, knowing all those guys are shooting at the other goalie for a change.

There's a LOT of talent on TC.

Is anyone else surprised that Bonk was chosen as the PP1 quarter back? I love Bonk but I can’t help but wonder if a more offensively gifted dman like Dickinson or Schaefer would be a better option on PP1 for Team Canada.

Maybe a bad game or just me but I thought Dickerson looked slow and had trouble handling the puck in his own end last night….

With alot of teams in hockey, it’s seniority rules until he is unseated by other players. Being the only returnee on defense, it has allowed him to be on the PP1.

If Schaefer keeps going the way he is, he will overtake Bonk for the role.

Bonk needs to get his timing back and be more aware when guarding the blueline. Need to work on those things when he gets back to the Knights.
