Absolutely have to be looking at the future. Andonovski, Swick and Misaljevic will 100% be traded. After that I’m not sure anyone else gets moved.

They still want to be competitive and they’re gunning for the next mem cup in the OHL. Surrounding the current young group around a crap ton of picks would do wonders for their mem cup bid. Gotta think big picture for sure.
Yes, I do agree with your post.

This is not a "Go for It" year for Kitchener, the next two years should be, they can very well trade their older players to position themselves better for their future. Even with trading older players, it would speed up their young developers with more ice time, they are on the right path now, they have already passed the second guessing part of their development, they are seeking experience this year. London experienced two years ago, what Kitchener are experiencing now, and look at what London have done last year and where they are at the moment.

I think Andonovski will 100% be traded. I think MM will try to trade at least one of the other two - preferably both. But I don’t think he’s gonna give them away and if he gets lowballed at the deadline, he might just walk away.

Based on how we’re doing this year, we may go into next year needing to only upgrade the three overage slots. Upgrading the three overage slots on the cheap could be enough to put us in a position to go on a deep run.

That’s not even taking into account some of our flyer picks maybe reporting.

For those interested, Alec Leonard took an awkward fall into the boards last night against Sarnia, and went off in obvious distress favouring his arm/ wrist .

We will wait for news, but it sure looked like he will be out long term .

Too bad, he was fitting in on our top D pair, playing a rugged game and Attack fans love his style of play.

Here's hoping he's back in the lineup soon . He's an excellent acquisition.

I can't think of a single deal with the Knights, the Attack hasn't got back a hard working, competitive player, who has made the team better .

PS, proud of our young lineup, after we lost Leonard Arnett took a puck in the face and despite limping through the 3rd with 4 D ( 2 rookies) the Attack put up 3 and won their first game in 8 tries 5-2.
Sam McCue with 2 G.
Poor Leonard has had a rough go the past seven months. Always liked the way he played

An overage abundance in Gerard Kane traded for him. Another smart Hunter move

Owen Sound has got some good ones from London over the years. Good dealing partners for both sides, Kevin Hancock was last good one to come London way.

Kitchener in Oshawa Sunday is going to be a barn burner. Really looking forward to that one.
I hope it will be. Just too bad it’ll be Kitchener’s third game in three days. Oshawa has Saturday off. Would’ve been nice to see them meet with both teams having a days rest.

I’m not a big fan of Tuesday games at the Aud. But one good thing about them is we play London a lot on these Tuesday night games so no excuses. Both teams go in with the days rest. Looking forward to November 19.

Wonder if that's why he's 13th today 🤔
Has an indefinite suspension (with an asterisk) on media notes.

This is why I’d have kept Leonard or even upgraded OA’s elsewhere. I understand he’s injured again but that’s just bad luck and not predictable.

I like Sim when but he’s too volatile. As an OA, he is what he is - not going to change. It cost London dearly in the final last year just as Bois’ lack of discipline probably cost London a championship in 2004.

I'd have to check this out, but I don't believe Bois was playing with London in the 2004 series, you must be thinking of Corey Perry's check to the board against Guelph in 2004

I checked, Danny Bois did play 7 games in 2004 playoffs, he got a 5 mi major for elbowing and a game misconduct in the third game of the Erie series, London went on to beat Erie for a 4 game sweep, and on to lose the Conference Final against Guelph. Corey Perry got a double miner for boarding in the third period of the 7th game

It would be interesting to know if London has opened with three goals by d-men in a game before.

Truly fortunate to watch Dickinson these last couple years.
