So does this make the William Moore trade a bad move? Or does he still go right to college from USNDP?
This change shouldn’t effect those top elite players, they can go right from USNTDP to NCAA, they will sign and play pro usually in their 19 year making this rule change irrelevant.

USNTDP trumps OHL/USHL/BCHL and any other league in the world for 16/17 year olds then it’s OHL, then AHL/NCAA for plus 19 players.

While NTDP has always attracted top US talent traditionally it will be interesting to see if that holds true. The ushl is expected to take a major hit and that's where the NTDP primarily plays so players might have second thoughts considering they now have the CHL option while keeping their ncaa eligibility

So North Bay and Guelph this weekend. Gotta stay sharp and focused! Need these two Ws to keep pace!

The knights should strike an affiliate agreement with Michigan or BU, give us your 16/17 year old commits and they can be recruited to those affiliated schools at 19/20.

Bring their recruiters into the building and perfect that handoff process.
Think they could make one of these arrangements quick with Boston College? I heard they have a Knights drafted player, who is pretty good. Maybe lend him to London for the season, then back to Boston next year! hahaha

Rangers seem legit, but I do look forward to the Knights playing them
For sure, the Rangers are legit, I've been saying it all summer, they have the right mix of talented players, do I think they are better than London, no, I don't think they are. Only because they don't have the Knights experience, but they will sure be going to push London, Kitchener will keep the Knights on their toes all season, if London want first place finish, thought

Have you see their roster?

The OHL season is in three parts. The first have teams are learning systems and the play is sloppy all over, teams like Kitchener/Windsor can benefit early by employing simple systems that force turn overs and limit offensive opportunities.

The second half of the season, good teams have their dust in place that support the skill players to take over games.

The playoffs, put it all together with gruelling physicality.

Kitchener does not have anything close to what it takes after December, they will be destroyed by older skilled players on mediocre teams.
