So I still have gut feeling Kaeden Johnston is gone at some point. Maybe to Peterborough for picks.

In other news, I think we need a veteran to come in and be the voice of our team, and be the leadership to keep these knuckleheads out of the box too. I wonder if Paul Ludwinski is on the market. Of course we also want Owen Beck but how much does he cost, or does Mark have a deal for him already? ;)

The team seems to create more offence shorthanded than on the powerplay when Barkey and Cowan are out there.

Time to set SHG records!
I think these Knights just do better with more open ice. 3 on 3 especially...great skaters and puck handlers.

London would not get more than one draft pick for Kaeden Johnston. Mike Oke may offer a 5th or a 6th round draft pick for him. Mark Hunter would not dealing with the Niagara GM in making this trade.

That’s very true

I'm guessing OFlaherty was a throw in for this deal to happen. It was Crane for picks and a roll of the dice on OFlaherty (similar to Copeland earlier)

People can criticize this deal but I have a feeling we're going to see Crane take a step forward with a fresh start

Niagara can't draft anyways so picks don't matter to them.

Yeah, agreed with this. Crane’s numbers will go up and he will play an OA year but I still don’t love this for the IceDogs.
However, Paris and Levin deals were laughed at or claimed to be cash driven by the OHL conspiracy theorists and they’ve both performed well. Interesting to see all the know-it-alls come out of the woodwork.

It’s a breath of fresh air to watch road games. Don’t have to deal with London’s crew saying the same words over and over and dealing with the nasally voice.

Not as high on Edward as some. Way too many penalties.

I like Simpson but you’ll never convince me that that trade was good value for London.
He gives me Trevor Cann vibes right now. He’s so small and is not reading the plays well.

I don’t send a message and put Willmore in for this weekend and maybe next.
