Here is some clarity for you. He also went after Parekh during warm ups. London Knights Kaleb Lawrence, Landon Sim given five-game suspensions
That’s hockey, my friend. If you’re looking for a call anytime there’s contact, basketball is probably the sport for you.
Hopefully the bloody nose is a lesson for Hay to protect himself and get his own hands up next time.
If Hay has any aspirations of playing in the NHL, it’s going to be way more physical there than it it in the OHL.
Caught season 1 of Shorsey on a few flights for work.Followed immediately by Shorsey
You also forgot to mention Parekh crossed the center line and was skating on the Knights side and Sim hit him as they crossed paths, a unwritten rule amongst players. So yes he hit him but he didn't go after him. Here is some clarity for you. He also went after Parekh during warm ups. London Knights Kaleb Lawrence, Landon Sim given five-game suspensions
Cautionary tale. No such thing as a sure thing in hockey....Friends, is Sam Dickinson a sure fire #1D in the NHL?
His development right now would indicate he is on track to be a top pairing D.Friends, is Sam Dickinson a sure fire #1D in the NHL?
OHL head defends 'firm and final' call on London Knights player's suspension
A request to the Ontario Hockey League for a reduction in London Knight Landon Sim’s five-game suspension has hit a brick walllfpress.com
Branch keeps going back to what happened during the warm up.... If it was that bad why didn't Sim get a penalty before the start of the game. Might as well say, hey you tripped someone last period but I'm calling the penalty this period.
I guess the next chant at the Bud is Branch you Su_k. Or heaven forbit branch your a...
Definately a Top 4, he has all the tools. He going to have to get a bit more comfortable with the rough stuff, but he shoukd have a solid NHL carreer.Friends, is Sam Dickinson a sure fire #1D in the NHL?
He prone to make some bad turnovers in his own zone but that comes with age and maturity. NHL teams will want that out of his system quickly to get to the next level.Definately a Top 4, he has all the tools. so the kid called hache a p***y, am I missing the big deal here?Branch is also saying that slashing someone in the head is the same as calling a player a name because they both received 5 gamers.
Isn't Oshawa Branch's 'hometown' team? Hmmm.....just sayin'....so the kid called hache a p***y, am I missing the big deal here?
Agreed on the age/maturity. He's seemed to get run down/tired as playoffs have gone on and later in games, but I'd never fault a 17 yo for that.He prone to make some bad turnovers in his own zone but that comes with age and maturity. 5 games= P***y does not add up even against the KnightsTo my knowledge so far we have no video of Sim pregame incident, no evidence of p***y being what was said other than some Twitter poster.
This to me equals I have no opinion on the suspension. Why is everyone else weighing in here with none of the facts?
I had my little doubt about Dickinson for a little while, after what we've seen of him this last series, he lifted his game at least two more notches. Scouts came to see Parekh but I am sure their eyes got stocked on Dickinson in this series, I see him in top 5, but I am biasDefinately a Top 4, he has all the tools.
