Right you mean that lopsided shootout win. I say the Wolves will be hungry as...well a wolf tomorrow. Should be fun though I don’t like to play a team after they’ve had a bad game.Maybe wait for the game to be over before you spout off. We beat Sudbury the first time we played them.

I said we BEAT them, where did I say that we blew them out???? A WIN is a WIN !!!!!
Before I get beat on for this post, I want to say that Keane and Hancock are very talented players.
I believe we made a mistake adding them to the team for the following reason. I think this team needed grit, sandpaper, Rupert-like additions at forward. I never wanted a Brazeau, Dellandrea, Suzuki, etc. I am not denying the talent of all but we needed grit at forward to protect out young and smaller (but talented) forwards. I think adding a Nurse (Hamilton) and a Gallant (Peterborough) would add size and experience, but most importantly grit. Also maybe OA's next year. Our D was already # 1 in the league, why add Keane? Great player, but a rental when we needed forwards.
As for Hancock, we dumped an OA to add an OA. Elite forward (Hancock) when we needed two forwards. We already have elite forwards.
If I coached against us in the playoffs, I would dump the puck in Bouchards corner and beat up on him in a 7 game series. Like Philly did to Orr in the early 70's. Big teams like Guelph are going to do this. He is looking tired! He needs to be playing 25 minutes a night not 30+. Save that for the playoffs not the regular season. Who cares if we get 100, 105,110 points. Playoffs is what counts. Make trades to add for D for next year. Forwards will be amazing next year, just need to add D.
Just my two bit opinion.
Just one problem ,Barrie is Not a bigger team than the Knights.Teams have bad games...teams also don't show up for every game. Both happened last night. Hats off to Barrie, they had a game plan to muddy the lanes and make life difficult for the Knights and they executed to perfection. That and they got some solid work in net.
Full marks to Barrie on the W
Like I said in a pervious post...if London tries to match trench work and body battles with larger teams, they are going to get their asses powdered. Stick to the skating game. Force your own chances with your legs.
These types of losses you learn from, I expect a much better effort through the remainder of this trip
Ya so maybe not a good day yesterday to buy a lottery ticket. But today a fresh day and a good day to push the reset button.Waffles anyone?
