It's head to head. Which means you just have to have more of the certain stat compared to the person you're playing.

Goals (G), Assists (A), Plus/Minus (+/-), Penalty Minutes (PIM), Powerplay Points (PPP), Shorthanded Points (SHP), Hits (HIT), Blocks (BLK)

Wins (W), Goals Against Average (GAA), Save Percentage (SV%), Shutouts (SHO)

Meow v. Grant

Grant's team has: 15 g, 20 a, +15, 90 PIM, 8 PPP, 3 SHP, 90 hits, 20 blockks
5 wins, 2.04 GAA, .975 S%, 1 SO

Meow's team has: 16g, 19a, +14, 94 PIM, 7 PPP, 4 SHP, 100 hits, 30 blocks
3 wins, 2.44 GAA, .906%, 0 SO

Final Score: 7-5 Grant.

So are all the categories weighted the same?

Yeah its h2h not h2h points. Points is where each category has a value, so you go up against someone on a specific week and whoever wins the most categories against the other person they win that matchup. If more people want to do it where eache category is weighted I can change it though.

Oh okay. I think I understand.

So I can have more Goals, assists, PPG, PPA, but have less hits, blocks, gs, wins, gaa, sv% and I lose the h2h matchup?

I remember the days of fantasy hockey. Last year, I had Giroux, Kessel, Kane, Crosby, Ovechkin, Miller, Phaneuf, and some other good players (it was a 6 person league if you were wondering), and I still lost. Some dude had more PIM's. Ridiculous.

Just so people didn't miss my edit.

Why are we only using 3 C, 3 LW and 3 RW?

Also, the ones who are listed as having multiple positions can be used as either and can be changed throughout the season right? I.e, Malkin is listed as C/RW, if we choose him as C to start the season, can we change him to RW later on?

No just means you can play him at either position at any time. And yeah make the roster size bigger Kyle
