We thought he was taking away a precious roster spot from better players. Turns out he’s better than half the forwards we’re currently icing lol.
4-11-15 in 57 last season. Imagine Ace, Cam, Gage, Zem or Luke having those numbers right now!
The stats are one half of it. The other half is actually watching him play - falling down when trying to capitalize on a scoring opportunity, dodging for his life when he stumbles into a puck battle along the boards. It's a mockery of hockey.
I think the season long fancy stats for last year said the team was actually worse off with him on the ice.
