Disagree. I'd rather have Dougie out on a 4v3 over Luke but they weren't even getting any Dougie bombs off and at that point I'd rather go Noesen over Luke as well. Noesen as a net front guy is more valuable than Luke when you already have Jack and Bratt who can do the Luke thing but Nico can't do the Noesen thing as well as Noesen does.

I think given the situation it was that dumb. If Tampa wins the draw they probably ice it. If they don't it's 3 on 4 the other way and Noesen probably gets off. It worked though so whatever but it was certainly against the grain.

It work out, but it was risky. I was worried that they would have no good threat up top. It was a fortunate bounce. Plus if you don’t score you could get caught at the end without a defensemen back.

But there was more of a shooting mentality on the second half of the PP and in that regard the net front guy made sense.

It's the right choice, Jack and Bratt will shoot anything on 4 on 3 from the half boards which most likely be an A+ chance and have elite shots. Nico and Noesen will win any puck battle in the situation with good to elite deflection/net front skills respectively. Dougie is useless on the powerplay, like I've said countless times, if he's not shooting bombs

Also, Dougie can't skate himself out of trouble at the point like Jack or Bratt could (If they were switching spots). Noesen is good in close, go for a cross ice pass like Jack attempted, or a broken play, or a tip in and it goes in. He got a chance of a bad pass from jack that got broken up.
