They have released the emergency call and he was going nuts in the hotel. I have worked in hotel for 30+ years and 10+ in 5 hotels. The fact that the GM called the police tells you it was bad. Example when I worked at the Hilton were a lot of VIPS stayed...if something happened that was anywhere near bad? I call the Hilton security first and then the police.

I wonder if his girlfriend broke up with him that is why he went nuts. Sounds like the moment she left, he went nuts for 2 days
