Tonight was just a classic example of why I love the character of Joe Woll. He never lost his head or went full "emo" mode after going down by 3 goals. He kept battling and found a way not to let Montreal deliver a dagger or knockout punch. You'd be hard pressed to convince me that Sammy, Soup, Marezek, or Freddie would have got us a dub after the 1st period. He also finished the night a respectable .914 svp.

For the record someone said the leafs were going to miss the playoffs and I said unless they have an 18 wheeler fall of the cliff they aren’t missing the playoffs. I did not say the leafs were an 18 wheeler. Please don’t twist words. If someone else said that then I apologized I missed that.
