Post-Game Talk: Leafs win 6-5 in OT, Wolls Lateral movement questioned!

Be impossible to recount all the errors. The shift where he iced the puck could have cost us the game. There is just no reason to play him.

Icing the puck is pretty standard procedure. You saw some pretty obvious missed assignments from our big boys tonight, didn't you?

Lets hope playoff Nylander shows up this year like it did the last few seasons because regular season Nylander always leaves you wanting more from him. He got his big contract. Now its time for him to play like a star that he's always been capable of doing if he wanted to.

As for the game, its nice to have a wild high scoring game every so often. Really enjoyed the back and forth and all the goals. Not every game has to be a defensive masterpiece as long as you can find ways to win.

8/10 offensively and 2/10 defensively for a 10/20.

He reminds me of Kessel.

It will be a 4 point deficit if Washington loses tomorrow night. Hardly a big lift at that point.

Winning 8 of last 9 games is extremely tough in this league. I dont care how you do it. Especially with our grueling schedule after the 4 nations breakl

Of Course Florida and Tampa are also on an insane streak right at the same time lmao

Didn’t realize this was an afternoon game.. missed it

Honestly they usually don’t play well in afternoon games so just take the win and move on.

Going home to play tomorrow and then travelling west the day after. Sounds like time to go through the motions.

Typical lazy game from Nylander where he still manages to score. It would be nice to see more from him, like we did last season.

Not a good game from Woll or Matthews, but it happens. Definitely need to upgrade Domi at 3C and get another RHD.

We haven’t been good and we still pick up 2 pts. I’m sure they’ll get better, this is the sign of a dangerous team.

Kind of a crazy thing to say about the second leading goal scorer in the league....and yet it's true.

Willy is an incredible player, but you know there's more in there.

I couldn't believe when I heard Dubas tried to get him when he was GM of Toronto. That would have been one of the last players I would have pursued, he has one of the worst contracts in the NHL.

We dodged a bullet with that failed pick up
