Leafs got caved on the shot counter and were icing the puck a ton at times but Woll was shining and a lot of the big guns getting on the board. The 6:00 pm start was junk but now it's 8:30 pm and can move onto other hobbies! Pros and cons.

Didn't love everything but Woll played well. Some timely goals. Can't complain.

Nylander and JT having a great start. Matthews too. Knies was very noticeable again.

It's nice when your goalie can win you one once in a while.

Nice to have a low-stress win .. should get some confidence going.

Got outshot badly but Woll played very good and we capatlized on our chances.

Willy is playing great hockey so far and we need to keep this player because it looks like he's even still getting better.

Thought Bertuzzi had a better game and that's at least something considering he's been very underwhelming so far.

Tavares looks faster this season and that's a big plus for our chances to go on a long run.

All in all, being 4-2 while playing some pretty bad hockey is a positive.
