Is Mark Fraser quickly becoming our steadiest D-man. I never feel nervous anymore when he's out there.:)

My goodness. Glenn Healy basically just said in the post-game coverage that [paraphrasing] Ottawa unambiguously played better in all facets than Toronto.

Bad:

- Kadri: IMO, it was his worst game of the season. Brutal on the draws, lots of turnovers and looked out of place quite often. You have to think it has something to do with Orr on his right wing though.
He certainly wasn't playing great at the beginning but his game picked up huge after Carlyle screamed at him. He started winning alot more draws and he was hustling way more. There is no doubt that his shifting linemates affect his play. Look how good he was when Bozak joined him and Mac. That line was excellent and kadri nearly scored short side.

Too many Leafs that can beat the crap out of him!

Yeah but they have to be on the ice to do it. Brown and Frazer are good fighters but aren't a big enough deterrent. McLaren might get suckered into a cheap penalty. Orr was the right choice even if it killed the line a bit. It didn't allow Neil to spark the Sens in any way.

Two UGLY games by the Leafs. The only reason TO won was because Ottawa cant score. They play Tampa on Tuesday and if they play like they have been they are not going to get the win.

It is nice to get a win but i am a little worried. Without Frattin the Leafs have looked/played like ****.

Well that makes no sense. If the Sens were so much better then obviously Scrivens outgoalied Anderson.

Hockey is the only sport where the losing team gets called the "better team" on a consistent basis

The fact that the Leafs didn't play that great yet won is a good sign in my mind. Yea, they sure as hell can't play like that most nights, but to be able to use the defensive system that Carlye has instilled to "survive" a pretty mediocre game with a 3-0 win is fantastic.

And good ol' Ben was solid, made some nice saves, and didn't worry me in net as much as he has in previous games. I think he's finally getting comfortable.

Nice to get the win. Last 2 games have been very boring though.

I agree that he picked it up a little, but judging his entire performance; it was a poor night for Nazem.

I dont know how you guys can say Orr had a average or bad game, the guy did his job in the game and probably played about 5-7 more minutes tonight than he's played the last 3 years, give him a break

Scribbles played great
