He is what he is... its probably just his limited skill set - but he looks lazy - no urgency in his shifts, looks like he's passing time, waiting for the work day to end.

He’s big and skates well, sometimes NCAA is the ceiling for guys without hands. I saw a lot of Colin Greening at Cornell and Vesey reminds me of him.
