Personally, I find basketball really boring.

Seems like just end to end hotdogging: team A scores, then team B scores, then team A scores, then team B scores, then team C scores, then team A scores, then for variety team B misses, then rinse and repeat ad nauseam.

Could not agree more. It’s also a very have, have not League, more impacted by star players than seemingly any other. Generally speaking you could fairly accurately predict at the onset of every season which teams are will make the final 4. Before any games are played.

My biggest complaint however is how the game slows to a crawl and becomes completely unwatchable in the last 5 minutes of game

Do you think Kyle Lowry is easy to dislike? What do you mean by <generally easy to dislike>?

Nba players are just like other athletes to me. Not much differences between nba players and nhl/nfl/mlb/soccer players. I dont see nba players as more despicable than the others.

Especially funny since plenty of NHL'ers have shown their ass to be quite easy to dislike this season.

Basketball is coming on strong and I believe Toronto as a city has produced the second most first round NBA draft picks in the past 15 years, but the Leafs are still a clear #1 in the GTA. The whole Leafs vs Raptors thing always cracks me up though.
