You were right,I did have him on ignore. So I was missing the game one post game thread and game 2 pre game thread. That is so annoying.

That's the issue. Our guys get the book thrown at them (Matthews, Spezza and Clifford) yet the rest of the league isn't held to the same standards

I definitely get tired of this narrative. If it’s not a Stanley Cup winning game I guess we’re not aloud to be excited. I think players, fans and media from other teams say this because they’re jealous of the leaf fan base. When the leafs win the cup I’m sure they’ll all notice a big difference in how excited we all get then.

It is a complete joke .. it is good to see Leaf Nation starting to understand why this year .. everything happens for a reason .. this is not bad random luck .. 3 hits from behind on day 1 of playoffs - 1 no call, 1 2 minute penalty and 1 5 minutes and game and a further 1 game suspension .. and of course it is a Leaf with a 1 game suspension

Not sure if this is what he is referring to:

No idea if it will show threads created by members on your ignore list.

Yup that ankle shot was just as intentional as when Matthews tried to decapitate a buffalo. Just a real dirty move and haven't seen that type of mallice on an ankle since Bobby Clarke when he thought he was a lumberjack.


it should have been 2 games at least even though he is not a repeat offender. Now I hope he gets punched out like a time card.

Tonights Battle is going to be a harder one but I still totally believe we have the skill and speed to get the win. Keep the crowd LOUD team!

We will be loud as possible .. kinda of harder to do with my grown up daughter beside me and with my mask on from 2nd deck but I could feel it rumbling in game 1 .. hope game 2 is similar vibe
