Eye test. Avoidance of front of net when other team is committed to hitting them. Dump in rather than take a check to make a play etc.

Right on Donnie. I knew Keefe needed to go but the bigger issue under him was the lack of a powerplay and D that were at the end of their careers. Let's not even mention the goaltending..
