When did Keefe try "dividing" the stars on 2 PP's instead of loading one up? And is that when the PP fell apart?

I was always told if the leafs stars had more PP time (like other star players) their stats would be much higher and closer to earning their cap hits. I'm starting to think it's the precise opposite at this point.
They were loaded up for like first 3 powerplays.
He pulled them after 1 min, so who cares

He's giving Reilly the veterans treatment, because going with 5 fwds is risky and no other Dman we have getting top line PP duties wouldn't potentially cause drama imo, if not within the team but the scrub writers like Cox and Simmonds would try to stir shit up

And the PP has scored a hell of a lot of goals in the last few years with Rielly on the ice. It is an issue with the whole unit right now.
