GDT: Leafs vs Habs pre-season game #4

Yuck. Goalies are going to be busy tonight.
 
I hope Sova gets into the game tonight. I was very impressed with him at the rookie tournament. I hope the Leafs give him an ELC.

Samsonovs first game will be a busy one.

Sure you will. Just in a minimum capacity for some. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Minten getting a game sometime later in the year. Most of those forwards will play a game, Shaw and Ellis are the two that won’t.

Maybe, who knows? Still seems like a odd thing to worry about.

How should the lines look if Keefe was smarter?
 
Wonder if Cowan gets in again? Maybe takes Bertuzzi spot tomorrow ;). Would be fun for the kid.

Also shouldn't we be getting some cuts today?
 
Robertson is again in a bottom 6 role; seems like Keefe is really trying to test him away from his strengths, particularly his own end.
