His mentality is to "always" make the fancy play... It's the way his brain works...If he ever learned that most of the time he has 3 options 1) Make the easy play... 2) shoot and 3) make the imaginative play he would be an even better player and be harder to read obviously and the bottom line,help his team more. Doubt any of that will ever happen though..unfortunately.
