I think they were doing so earlier in the season but yea heres hoping they remain this constant through out the rest of the season, then we have a shot at being good in the playoffs.

I can maybe see it for miller but even then...that I think makes us very weak in the back end so yea it would have to line up with something else for sure otherwise it really kill us in the defensive side.

No denying Millers skill and what he brings to table but we would just get super think in the back line.

question is do we have the assets and space to get Miller, Mayfield and Varly?

They were for much of the year, but tapered off in the dog days of the season....and then the goaltending fell off a cliff.

Fingers crossed but rallying around the kid in net seems to have been the kind of boost they needed to get back on the horse.

Hopefully Kallgren can keep up at a decent rate. And hopefully they're feeling good by the time Jack gets back.

But first things first - hopefully they can hold on in this pretty huge game. Canes are gonna come hard in the 3rd.

We do against good teams, with or without Matthews. Just lately we've been playing garbage teams and of course we play down to their level
