However that one was a joke responding to him saying Marner was everywhere and I added he wasn also in the penalty box .

It also gets old with the 5 guys that gush and fawn over Marner like he is the best player that ever lived

I can follow a conversation, I know what was said/written. I thought the penalty box quip was solid, but there is a whole cottage industry about Marners puck over the glass adventures, which of course is why the Leafs get bounced in the playoffs.

Nobody fawns and gushes over Mitch with the exception of prolly his Mom and wife.

People giving credit where and when it's due to a player, only seems like gushing when you actually hate the player beyond all reason
