Tavares has always thrived playing with grinding guys vs high end skill guys. He was great with Josh Bailey types of the world.

Maybe this new line suits him more. Domi with Nylander is better suited as Max can keep up with Nylander and is more of a passer who can feed Willie.

You still have Jarnkrok on the IR so he would slot down on the 4th line and that is depth.

This takes Vegas completely out of their comfort zone. They generally try to score early and then turtle for the game... It works quite often as teams open up and they bury them on the counter. They don't have the horses tonight to do anything about this.
