I don't know I'm not a ref, what's the ruling? I did this all the time when teams were changing or making a bad/cheap change although it was more obvious that they were interfering with the puck while having too many men on the ice.

If in the course of making a substitution, either the player entering the game or the player leaving the game intentionally plays the puck with her stick, skates or hands or intentionally checks or makes any physical contact with an opposing player while the player respectively leaving or entering the game is actually on the ice, then the infraction of “too many players on the ice” shall be called."

It is only between the two players making the change. Technically you can have 15 skaters all on the ice and as long as no one makes a play on the puck or puck carrier, too many man has not happened.

The good thing about hyman from a business perspective is that his family is already absolutely loaded rich so I would think a longer term at a smaller cap hit would be more what he’s looking for rather than cashing in

I mean, yeah he scores almost every game, but what I like the most about him is when you see there is a battle coming for the puck, you just know he's going to win it. He's unstoppable. He wins every god damn puck battle like it's the easiest thing ever. I dont know how he's doing it but it's amazing.
