I don't think it's bias against the Leafs, it's just that Calgary's taken a few obvious penalties and NHL game management dictates that the refs need to find something to keep them relatively even, so you get these really soft calls the other way.

Sucks but it's the right call. I used to just throw it at a team's bench all the time when they were changing because if they interfere with the puck at all it's a penalty.
