And the way things are heading with Matthews injuries he might have done the Leafs a solid with that term. There is a very real chance he leaves us and his body falls apart in year 2 with his new team in his early 30's

He’s got a limited NTC I believe, so Domi can be moved. The problem is, who wants him? Kinda sucks we let Bertuzzi go. Would rather have Bertuzzi and a guy like Steeves than Domi and Pacioretty.

I think Domi will be fine once the team acquires a good third line centre in the next couple of weeks.
I agree - Domi has very little value, and zero value with his contract. No one wants him without a nice sweetener.

Unfortunately hasnt lived up to it this year.
Absolute bargain this guy
Was great last year reg season and playoffs.
Needs to be better last part of this season and hopefully has a good playoffs to restore some of his value.
He was on the wing with our best player marner style get him the pucc racc up points

He and Robertson are such non-factors out there. Can’t play higher in the lineup, can’t take advantage of easier matchups on the third line, and can’t be trusted defensively. Both should be jettisoned but I think only Robertson is capable of getting moved with his cheap contract.
Domi better pray this team gets a capable centre. Only way he’ll look good at this point.

Anyone catch that play last night where he had the puck and pointlessly ran into a stationary d-man just inside the Canes blueline instead of going around him? Very strange.
