And Leafs leading in shots, shot attempts, scoring chances, xG, and actual goals.
Okay? All I was saying is Ottawa are starting to finishing their checks alot more in response to someone saying it is getting Chippy....

Not commenting on anything else lol

Refs using up all of the Leafs' powerplays now in anticipation of not calling them once the season starts

One of the downside of our game has always been having a hard point shot
It doesn't seem like we are going to improve on that this season as well

Guy went to the worst team in the CZE last year and almost single handedly made them relevant. Great to see him back in NA and playing as well as he did in the WHL for years.
His skating has really suprised me and the rest of his game seem very cerebral and smooth. He's been the 2nd best defenceman outside of Liljegren tonight IMO.

It seems most other teams are able to find late round gem defenceman, maybe we're due:crossfing

Sandin, Lilegrin, Dahlstrom, Kral, Neimela.

Cant remember a time the leafs had that many NHL potential DMEN in their system.

Ian White, Carlo Coliacabo, Karel Pillar, Brendan Bell, Jay Harrison, Stefan Kronwall

Fun fact, they all played in NHL

Pillar was such an unfortunate event with his heart. Just when he was becoming so good
