Couple years ago changed it to where you literally have to kick the puck in for the goal to be taken back.

Whoever from the coaching staff that is telling players to float cross ice passes needs a kick to the pills.
I’ve seen about 10 of them already tonight. Clearly part of some puck possession system. If Dermott and Gallys turnovers last playoffs weren’t enough of a deterrent not sure what will be.
