These two teams couldn't be more at opposite ends of the spectrum. Buffalo is just a disaster.

I think you are missing the point. They are playing exactly as they should be playing. The last thing I would want is these guys going full out and risking injury. They can get a point against Buffalo by sleepwalking through 59 minutes of the game.
