I refuse to watch this team play another game until/unless at least ONE of Kolyachonok, Pickering, Koivunen, McGroarty or Ponomarev is in the lineup. You would think that after 5 losses in 6 games after the break, this would not be a totally unreasonable request. You would think.

Also, people keep telling me that the reason why our best prospects in the AHL are all down there together is to learn how to win. OK, so why is Bemstrom not there helping them? He is a non-prospect at this point but he is also one of the top players in the AHL. One would think that a guy like that would be needed for those kids to learn how to win games, no? And what about Blomqvist? Why is he with the big club getting shellacked every game, but we can't give those other five players any ice time? Wouldn't it serve Blomqvist better to be playing AHL games with that young AHL core?

None of how they are handling the prospects makes any sense whatsoever. So I will just keeping watching other games, specifically the NYR games, and wait it out. My beard could grow very long waiting for Sullivan to change, though. Think Forrest Gump.

Not sure why it would be any worse than this season. Next season you might get to see some prospects assume NHL roles.

Though knowing Sully they'll call up McGroarty and just sit him in the press box so that Blake Lizotte can play or something

This team sucks so bad. A little helpful nudge by the GM in removing guys over the next 6 months and you're definitely in the running for McKenna and Dupont the next two drafts. Sid or not.
