Slightly concerning that not a single one of the injured players has made it back again tonight.

Domi and Kampf aren’t even on the trip. Knies is only eligible to return on Saturday. Matthews was the only possibility but he’s had one full practice after being off for awhile and said yesterday he likely needed more than one to get back in game shape. This was all to be expected.

This is going to be tough. It's hard to imagine that last year's cup winners will lose 5 in a row. Leafs need to be ready for some relentless forechecking. I think Stolarz has to steal this one for the Leafs to win

I think this'll be nearly impossible tonight. We just need to make sure we stick around for as long as possible.

Bobrovsky has struggled as of late. Three of his last four games, his save percentage has been 0.895, 0.840 and 0.750

As much as anything, tonight will be about can we get to Bob early, given his recent struggles. He's been shaky, and if we don't give him time to get confidence, this is winnable. We can't allow a struggling goalie to goalie us though.

Leafs vs. Panthers will likely come down to which goalie can make the stops. Bob has a 0.872 save average in the last five, while Stolarz has been 0.941.

Man, if Florida can’t beat us with this lineup it’ll be interesting. I love what these guys are bringing, I hope the youthful energy continues and can overcome the severe lack of experience up front.

Would love to see some secondary scoring tonight.

So much drama from people today. You guys are way overestimating the Panthers right now. Until they fix their defense, they are a pretty flawed lineup.

well I guess robertson is getting that top 6 time, playing again with nylander

at some point he has to take advantage of his opportunities

kinda made sense AM isn't playing, he talked about wanting a few full practices to get back to speed, I think he has had 1 so far. I think Saturday vs Tampa is when we see him.

I am not clamouring for any of the injured guys to return, except for Knies and Matthews. I love what our call ups have done. I don't see why they can't get it done again tonight.

Yeah pretty wild some think we have no chance against a team that has lost 5 in a row and can't keep the puck out of their net.

I mean I'm not saying we definitely win by any means but we certainly have a chance lol

the Panthers aren't the panthers until the boys start taking the magical playoff juice and they grow those wild eyes....

of course!! to face his Stanley Cup team! That's why I think Woll played twice.

I don't care too much about sorting out which line is which, but I want Domi with Matthews, and Mitch on another line.
Domi can't play centre to save his life, and he was actually very effective last year with Matthews.
The only reason I care is it would be nice if the Leafs had 3 lines capable of scoring with the other line at least capable of breaking even. I too like Domi playing wing with Matthews, and keeping Marner with Tavares and McMann. I think it might be worth trying Nylander with his brother Alex and Minten.

I honestly don't think most people here have watched florida play this season. I think they will be surprised by what they see tonight, even with a completely depleted Leafs lineup.
