I was a little east of you’s at Barton & Kenilworth, also in the 80’s.

They filmed most of the movie Four Brothers along there. I worked there as well for a few years (fairly large engineering company at Wentworth and Barton roughly). The number of skids we saw taking copper to the scrappers near Burlington Street was epic. "I just found it" must have been a common line.

Edmonton is an absolute dump. They have nothing other than the Oilers. It’s their life, their only purpose. It’s sad but it makes so much sense on why they are so insecure. They don’t have much else there

Can you give me a summary of what you like about it? Like would someone in their 30's get a lot out of it? Live music? Places like barcades? Casino? Just wondering how it compares to a place like Toronto or Montreal.
