GDT: Leafs @ NYI - 7:30

Tsn sets the bar on that forsure.

I feel the cbc broadcast during game play is still right up there.

It's tough... I know some people hate it... but it being cbc sometimes they bring in politics etc so they have more serious discussions. Most fans watch a game to enjoy it. A bit of that is okay but it can get overboard sometimes.

There is a lot of platforms now a days to discuss other issues. It's good they give a large crowd a chance to learn about different things too. I meant to post this during intermission talk... a little late.

I understand bringing topics that might not be comfortable and whatnot but I feel like there is a way or poise to do so and I think it's still sorely lacking but I get what you are trying to say.

Marner needs to stop being so horny to pass the puck back right away to Matthews. Gives it away carelessly and almost leads to a goal against along with sustained zone time for NYI

He theoretically was the right guy to pick up and Dubas was reading the tea leaves the same way others were with that signing.

He doesn't need to be a 30 goal scorer. He has to be engaged, a menace when needed and a protector when needed.

Leafs have been lacking size and muscle (in terms of a big body who can throw his weight) for too long. We are going to need these qualities come.playoffs.

Appreciate it because I've had a couple beers and some wine and I was like... huh... did that make sense lol

In all seriousness though... that's right I agree.
