On the road against the Islanders hasn’t been kind to the Leafs in the Tavares era. I think that changes tonight.

Woll starts. Dermott should draw back in. I imagine Sandin sits. He and Holl were awful last night but only one can be scratched.

Hopefully the lines are re-shuffled and the Team puts last night behind them. A night of partying in NYC should do the trick.

Seems some of Isles D have been hit by COVID. They've lost 5 in a row but played well last night vs Calgary before giving up 2 EN goals. They will be ready the Leafs tonight.

The Islanders currently 5-7-2, winless at home, and on a 5 game losing streak.
Definitely going to come out hard after getting embarrassed last night in their new building.

We're coming off 5 wins and 1 loss, followed by 5 wins and 1 loss. So hopefully we start our next 5 game win streak tonight, and Woll has a good 2nd game.

That’s for sure.
Only issue I can see is Woll having a tough outing. He plays decent and they should win this one.

We thought the same about that Penguins game and everyone remembers what happened there. Isles might be struggling but they are a well coached team!​
