I want Luongo. We need a goalie, desperately. No one will become available quite like Lou in the next few years. There's a reason why Burke offered a ton to Brodeur. We need a goalie and it's not going to cost us a lot in terms of assets. It's a win-win, IMO. I bet after a few years, Burke finds a way to deal him again, so he doesn't have to deal with the cap hit. Send him to Florida for retirement or something :laugh:

That contract will do more damage than good in the grande scheme of things.

With the new CBA, his value has dropped. There's no way the Nucks are going to tie up over 9 million into 2 goaltenders. It's just not necessary.

Like I said when I edited my post.. I think Burke would find a way to deal him to another team for a retirement thing. I think there'd be even less penalty if Burke trades him again to a team who needs a veteran goalie. Hopefully by that time we have a replacement like Owuya or something.

Alright so for the people in the fantasy draft that I am doing, we will hopefully be doing the draft soon. Either tomorrow or later this week.

Nah, still going. I just get my space man. I think she was more pumped for the season back then me. She said I would leave her alone now :laugh:
