So basically, we got a ton of snow over the past 2 days, yesterday we got another 5 cm or so, then it got nice and warm and stuff started to melt, but then it got really cold last night, we got more snow, roads are crazy and there's snow every where! No high schoools, no buses, man oh man northern Ontario.

Oh I know they are, but when you are lazy and just want something easy to eat they aren't the worst choice out there.

I found this awesome deal on breakfast sausages the a couple months ago, and bought them. (like 30 for $7) I got home and looked at the health facts, and for every 2 sausages you got 60% of your daily sodium. They were bad.

None of that scares me, I used to work at McDonalds for 2 years while I was in highschool and the stuff I made there that I ate way so much worse. I agree that it is not good for me but it's not like I eat it everyday.

Who let you out of the nursing home?

Do you WANNA get beaten?

Gross, I know the feeling .. It was +1 yesterday, lots of snow had melted but it started snowing in the evening and the temperature was -23 this morning when I left for work .. So all the snow that melted and fell when it was warmed had now frozen over .. All wheel drive is great and all but when it's that icy out it doesn't really matter what traction you've got

37 g/pack is a crazy amount of carbs. Eat meat Kyle. Easier to prepare, tastes better and it won't make you fat.

Trust me I do, It is just a snack that I have occasionally. I eat a lot of meat and get more protein in my diet than I should really have lol.

Also I am bulking up right now, I am not trying to 100% eliminate bad foods from my diet. It's okay for me to snack on junk food every so often.

Baby steps .. The most common thing I see with my friends who are trying to lose weight and be healthy is that they go from one extreme to another, in that they cut themselves completely off and buy all this super healthy stuff .. That only lasts a few weeks usually though

It's a gradual process that works the best so you get into good habits .. I started off by cutting out fast foods mostly, working towards cooking more, now when I cook more I cooked healthier .. And I'm to the point where I've almost eliminated eating crappy foods in general

Asides from having fries a couple times and the pizza from the one weekend, I've had a good start to the year this month with my diet

I used to drink a lot of pop but trying to slowly cut down on it, while bulking up though I have been drinking a good amount of milk/ chocolate milk and I do like it because of the high calorie/high carb/ high protein. It's not the best for me I know that but it is hard for me to pack in the protein/carbs/calories from food alone so I need a decent way to drink some calories in.

Eat peanuts. They are high calorie, and high protein for how small they are. Peanut butter also works really good.

I picture Hurt destroying that cake as he sits hidden in the closet .. His parents open the door, he cringes and screams "DON'T JUDGE ME!!"

Peanut butter is one of the absolute best foods I've had in terms of taste. Absolutely love that stuff. Haven't had it in a looong time tho.
