Everyone I know has sleep-apnia or trouble sleeping but me, once I lay down I fall right asleep into a deep sleep for 8-10 hours. Wonder why so many people have trouble sleeping.

Usually takes 30+ minutes to fall asleep but I'm just used to it now and plan around that kind of thing. When I go to bed without even meaning too I end up doing this kind of reflection thing where I look back at what I did that day/in the past and then also think about what stuff I have coming up and kind of plan out a schedule for myself.
