I loved it, was absolutely remarkable.
Yeah no kidding, after Carol comes back and kills Carl. I bet DD enjoyed the episode

Rick is badass, very good leader. He's stuck trying to protect his son from this world, trying to lead a group, and fending of crazy people and walkers.

Hilarious.Not really though, It's now starting to change (well, it has to) but Rick was simply trying to make Carl a kid like the other ones in the prison. He was only doing chores and the rest of the time he was allowed to read comics, and hang out with the other kids.
And when **** goes down in a Zombie Apocalypse, you would be yelling for your son, or at least I would hope so. Remember Carl is only supposed to be 12-13 I believe.

I'm glad they've got the direction they did to end the first half of this season .. Wasn't a fan of the third season storyline, seemed too over the top, and I'm glad there wasn't a repeat of season two having them stay at the farm
They've opened it up for some interesting storylines, particularly with Carl (and the other kids) become more mature and willing to fight
Yeah, Season 3 I think was "the worst" of the 4 so far, and I say that loosely because I still loved it.
Them fighting to take over the prison was very cool to watch. There were scenes with Lori-Carl, Michonne/Governor, Glenn/Merle, Daryl/Merle and Rick/Carl/Morgan/Michonne that were all awesome. Don't want to spoil anything so hopefully you understand what scenes/episodes I mean.
I also think a season and a half should have been the original time line, but the build up should have been different.

I'm thinking that the writers weren't given that long of a leash - rumblings about a spinoff show and comments about how subpar the third season was I think forced them to wrap up certain points in the storyline quicker than they could have/wanted to
That being said I'm glad they didn't drag it out, it could have turned some fringe viewers off the show ... I'm also glad they spent some time focusing on what happened to the Governor (trying to not give any spoilers) rather than have him arbitrarily reappear with little background on what happened in between
I dunno about Lizzie, she seems creepy, but she also saved Tyreese's and Glenn's lives.
See, I think it would have been wicked, just to see Rick and Carl walk outside to go do some farming, look up and see the Gov and his new crew standing there.
I loved the background we got on the Gov, those were my third and fourth fav episodes of the season, (mid finale at 1, internment at 2), but I can't believe how epic it would have been to both the viewer and the characters to see The Gov and his new group at the fences.
Ah the pilot.... hmmm that was a good episode....

4. Indifference (just because of the Carol/Rick thing, shocked me)

This has easily been the best season of Walking Dead yet, for me it's the best season of any show I have watched so far, however there is still half a season.
