**** I'm so excited for the olympics. During the 2010 games I watched every single event just glued to my tv. The ones I missed at school I just recorded it on my PVR and watched later that night

I even bought a snowboard cross red/blue/green jersey thing they wear.

I get what you mean buddy - the Vancouver games will be one of the greatest things I've seen in my lifetime even though I wasn't there

I just love how well it went, everyone had a great time .. Canada not only won its first gold on home soil, they dominated the games .. The patriotism, the hockey team winning gold in OT .. So many great things about it, what a celebration

Unfortunately I think it's best to keep expectations in check .. I don't see this year's games having the same impact personally, something about this all just seems off
